Giclée print on Hahnemühle fine art paper, 100% cotton and acid free. This white museum grade paper has a guaranteed archival life of 150+ years. With its characteristic soft look, it is matte and slightly textured giving each artwork a three-dimensional appearance and impressive pictorial depth.

    Combined with the Giclée method, the most advanced technique in photographic printing, the Hahnemühle Photo Rag 310g meets exactly the combination of print quality, structure and weight I had in mind for this work.
    

    The image is created with a 9 cm white passe-partout framing the motif. 



    Framing: Each piece is custom framed by a Copenhagen framer, and ready-to-hang upon arrival.

    

The hand-built frame is from solid, FSC-certified ash, with real UV protected and non-reflective glass. If you prefer another frame (oak, white or black-painted solid ash), this is possible; please enquire.

    

A museum-styled elevated float mounting, the photo sits on top of the matting, leaving the entire piece visible with no overlap. This boxed framing and depth create a stunning appearance of the entire piece. 



    Each work is signed and numbered with a small handwriting underneath the motif. 


    Two metal brackets are attached to the upper corners and attached to your wall with two screws.

    To reserve a piece immediately, please include your info (name, delivery address, telephone number & email). A purchase is final once this is agreed, and the invoice is paid.

    Shipping & handling: As each work is custom made, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Shipping with a professional art courier is additional — please enquire about rates to your country. Local pick up in Copenhagen can be arranged.

    Returns: All sales are final, and due to the custom handling for each order, refunds or returns are not possible. If anything should happen to the artwork in transit, it is 100% insured — please get in touch via email within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and include images of the damage.

    Local taxes and import: Artist VAT is included in the price — orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense.

The first available work from Danish photographer Nana Hagel is titled ‘Evig is’ — translating to eternal ice.

The photograph was taken during a midnight sail on Greenland’s UNESCO-protected Ilulissat icefjord in the summer of 2022. The eternal in the title is ambiguous — the ice is not forever, and the landscape is rapidly changing.

A limited edition of 6 works in total, each fine art print is custom-made with a museum, box framing in Copenhagen. Signed and numbered, it comes with a certificate of authentication, and is carefully shipped out in the world.
